Asking for help is hard, and your emotional wellness is important to Diana. You are the expert on yourself and it’s brave to know when you need assistance. Diana is a great facilitator for your grow journey. She loves working with women, kids (7-12), and tween/teens and young adults. Diana has experience working with stress, depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, parenting issues, infertility, problem pregnancies, new moms, self-esteem,autism, and individuals and their families struggling with developmental and cognitive disabilities. She works with many different backgrounds through individual and family, and group therapy. You and Diana will work together finding and using your strengths to build new skills, work through obstacles, overcome challenges and find your strongest best self.
