I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Illinois with 16 years of experience working with people going through and making changes in their lives. My practice has focused on individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship problems, family conflicts, and those coping with grief and loss. My approach is solution-focused, client-centered, and strengths-based, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Theory, Narrative Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy.

When working with clients, I aim to make the therapy experience genuine, positive, respectful, and safe. You are the expert of your story and have the strengths that will assist you in doing remarkable things and overcoming the challenges you face.
