Diana Jochai, PhD, is a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of California. She earned a BS degree in Psychobiology from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Loma Linda University in California. She completed her pre-doctoral internship in Health Psychology with Henry Ford Health Systems in Detroit, Michigan. Following which, she did her postdoctoral fellowship in Health Psychology and Rehabilitation with Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Diana Jochai has an integrative approach to psychotherapy with an extensive experience in empirically- and theoretically-based interventions. To help support an individual’s wellbeing and aid with improvement in their quality of life, she draws from principles and processes empirically defined in neurobiology, social and clinical psychology. Her work is further informed by existentially based humanistic approach to treatment. Dr. Diana Jochai has worked with adolescents and adults with relational difficulties, depression, anxiety, disordered eating, and developmental trauma. Dr. Diana Jochai has also worked with professionals early in their career or while in training (e.g., medical residency) to aid with professional development and wellbeing. In her free time, Dr. Diana Jochai enjoys spending time with family and friends. She loves taking walks along the beach, reading, and watching mystery series.
