My name is Diana Ahmed I am a therapist that works with children, adolescents, adults and families. I have 5 years of experience as a licensed therapist in various settings within the community and in schools. I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, strength based approaches and utilize a collaborative and compassionate approach to therapy. The goal is to provide and foster hope, start a healing process and gain resilience. I also strive to provide emotional support and guidance to adults and young adults specifically, focusing on adjustment issues and significant life changes. I aim to empower my clients to create space, balance, time, and strength to process growth.
