My name is Diana Griffis and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 25 years of combined unlicensed and licensed experience in the mental health field providing counseling , consulting , and coaching services for young children, adolescents, & adults.

Some of my experience includes treating issues relating to ADHD, anxiety disorders, adjustment disorders, depression, post-partum depression, stage of life transitions, trauma and abuse. My counseling style is on based in collaboration, trust, and respect. I utilize a client centered, strength based, solution focused approach and use an integrative perspective with cognitive behavioral and developmental therapies, tailored to your needs and goals of counseling.
