I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Board Certified Counselor in Virginia with 15 years of professional work experience in mental health hospitals, correctional settings, public school settings, and outpatient practice. I received my B.S. degree from James Madison University, M.Ed. degree from Virginia Tech, and am pursuing my doctoral degree in Prevention Science.
I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, & depression.
