When working with clients, she helps her clients evaluate their thinking patterns and challenge unhelpful thoughts by replacing them with realistic and helpful thoughts. She accomplishes this by building a trusting relationship with her clients and creating a safe space for them to freely express themselves. Diamond collaborates with clients to help them manage their symptoms and create a plan to help them achieve their goals. Together, they will reflect on past experiences and explore current emotions. Her clients often report feeling happier, more peaceful, and more confident taking on life's challenges. One of Diamond's specialties includes play therapy. Play therapy can help children learn to become responsible for their behaviors, how to express themselves appropriately, and improve social skills. Her other specialties and areas of interest are anxiety, depression, and self-image. Diamond received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Dallas Baptist University and her Master of Science in Counseling from the University of North Texas at Dallas.
