Hi. I’m Dia Yang, LCSW, licensed in California with over 12 years of professional work experience with individuals of various ages. I believe in maintaining wellness and balance in all areas of life, and that includes mental health and wellness. I have experience in helping individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship or parenting issues, coping with grief and loss, lacking motivation and seeking personal development, change & confidence or just managing daily life stressors. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, compassion, and empathy. I will tailor our dialogue and your treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. We’ll work together at your pace and I’ll provide tools to help you navigate difficult situations, manage symptoms, and achieve goals.
