Hi there!
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide therapy to individuals within their environment. Wellness and development should consider the whole individual, including how their surroundings affect them. After all, we don't exist in a bubble do we? I love to connect with individuals and families in their time of need.

During sessions, I will draw from my eclectic skill box of various frameworks and strategies. Some of these include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Behavioral Interventions, Parenting Skills, Mindfulness between others. I like to build treatment plans that are reflective of your particular needs. As we are all different, my treatment approaches will reflect this.

I received my Master's degree in Social Work from Rutgers University. I have worked with adults as well as children. I currently work with individuals and families who struggle with mental, emotional, and developmental concerns. I have gained this experience by providing individual, family, and group therapy in outpatient, in-home, and inpatient settings. My approach has been shaped by academic, professional training, and life experiences. Also chances are, I understand where you are through my own life experiences (directly or vicariously through others around me). If you are looking for someone who is relatable through real life experience, understanding, and easy to talk to, I am the therapist for you.
