It takes courage to reach out for support, this is the second phase of your process; the first is the acknowledgement that you need support and making the decision to move forward. I have been a professional counselor for over 15 years. My approach to helping others is positive, encouraging, solution focused, problem solving and crafted to meet the individual client need.
