My passion as a therapist is working directly with children and adults who are experiencing emotional struggles and providing support to individuals, parents or families who may feel frustrated, hopeless, or helpless.
Therapy can be an amazing, but scary process to start, and I am thrilled to be able to help you in this process. Everyone has within them the tools to fully understand their inner-self. My job is just to help you access those tools.
My approach is focused on finding the strengths of each individual I work with, and building a relationship based on safety, trust, empathy, and being entirely human.
