Hi, I'm Devyn, Are you struggling with work, relationships or just finding time to be still? Is it hard to be kind to yourself? I have more than 15 years of experience working with children and families struggling with a variety of issues. I help young adults and children address anxiety and learn ways to manage it better. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. We'll use a client-centered, cognitive-behavioral approach, to address the mind, beliefs, thoughts and behaviors. I also integrate and strongly encourage the use of mindfulness to build a stronger relationship with yourself.
