Hello, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the Lone Star State and have practised in Texas for 21 years. These decades of assisting others have given me the opportunity to incorporate a wide and varied range of experiences, practical tools, and best practices techniques into my counseling. I have practiced in many settings and with multiple populations in the states of the mental health field. My client's have struggled with a variety of depleting symptoms caused by the difficulties and stress of the world we live in today. These symptoms include depression, anxiety, trauma (PTSD, panic attacks, OCD)grief issues or struggles with Bi Polar Disorder. I have experience and success in the treatment of biological/chemical disorders as well as emotional difficulties caused by trauma. I have experience in the Hosppital setting as well private practice counseling.

My counseling style is is warm, open and collaborative. I employ use of acceptance , positive client regard and genuine listening to design and implement individual treatment plan for each client. I employ and teach practical hands on tools that can assist you in resolving self defeating thoughts and resulting choices; replacing them with the skills and attitudes that empower one's self confidence and awareness in dealing with life's struggles. I believe with knowledge belies strength and ultimately will enhance and increase the peace and joy to one's life.

Seeking help for oneself or a loved one can be a daunting and intimidating task.
