What is your approach to therapy? I offer a warm approach that is centered around your needs and the needs of your children. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? In our sessions together, I use an array of modalities to help you reach your goals for yourself and your children. These modalities include play therapy, creative arts therapy, IFS, CBT, DBT, Somatic Intervention, EMDR, and Hypnotherapy. I provide a safe space for parents and children to explore and to gain new insight into their inner worlds.
