My name is Devon and I am a licensed clinical social worker in Connecticut. I believe that the most important component of successful counseling is having a trusting relationship. I provide an open judgement free space where you can share the challenges you are facing. Together we will work to set goals that meet your needs and work to develop the skills to reach those goals. I have been trained in several therapeutic methods including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), solution focused, as well as trauma informed therapy. I also have experience working with a wide variety of clients ranging from children to adults, anxiety, stress, trauma related issues, and family and relationship struggles. Whatever challenges you face, we will work as a team to find solutions.
