Hi there! I'm Devin Rodriguez, a Licensed Professional Therapist (LPC) with a passion for individual and family therapy. Fluent in Spanish, I've had the privilege of working with adults and youth ages 12 and older to overcome challenges like depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, anger issues, and transitional periods. Creating a welcoming space for clients from all walks of life is a top priority for me. I tap into client’s strengths, values, and experiences to craft a personalized plan for living and ultimately overcome adversity - the curveballs life throws at us. My belief is that mental wellness occurs through alignment between the mind, body, and spirit. I hold an M.A. in Counseling and Career Development with a focus on School Counseling and currently am earning my Psy.D. in Clinical and School Psychology through the University of Colorado Denver. My strength is in helping youth discover their passions and strengths as well as helping adults find their equilibrium through reinvigorating their own passion and purpose. Some of the therapy tools I use in sessions are: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Mindfulness, and Existential Therapy.
