Hello! I am so happy you're here. Here's a little about me. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Oklahoma. I have six years of education in Social Work from two universities and I have several years of experience with individual and group therapy in residential settings. I have worked with clients presenting with PTSD, depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, self-esteem issues, trauma, Bipolar Disorder, etc. I especially enjoy working with those with anxiety disorders, complex trauma and helping them to process and become more confident in their true selves. I take a very client-centered approach and have experience in multiple therapy styles including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I look forward to working with you!
