I have been a mental health therapist for 23 years, and am licensed in my beautiful home state of Montana. During my career I have worked in private practice, clinics, psychiatric hospitals, was the director of both men's and women's psychiatric floors in a county jail, and volunteered my skills and time to families adopting orphans following the 2010 earthquake in Haiti. While I have had the opportunity to work with very diverse clients and issues, my areas of focus at this time are helping people with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.

I specialize in new beginnings, focusing on holistic wellness and healing. My goal is to present you a plan for mental, spiritual, physical and emotional wellness using creative and fun exercises. Each week you will receive a goal based on your individual needs. My style is direct but warm, and my strength is in developing genuine, caring relationships with each of my clients. It is very important to me to focus on a person's strengths, to listen to their goals and concerns, and to be mindful of their unique processes in therapy. I truly enjoy working toward health and healing with my clients, and love to celebrate their successes and growth with them. Therapy is hard, but the things we work for are exactly the things we end up valuing the most.
