My approach I use Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, Strength Based, and Motivational Interviewing. My focus I have experience helping people who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, mood disorder, trauma, life transitions, family conflict, relationship conflict, stress, and substance abuse.
