I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker(LCSW) with over four years of experience in helping people uproot their painful experiences and become rooted in their identity, increasing self awareness and taking the challenging journey towards healing. I possess a Bachelor’ s degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Psychology and a Master's degree from New York University in Clinical Social Work. I truly enjoy counseling and helping others in any phase of life they are currently in. My job as your therapist is to help you be successful at targeting any concerns or issues that you are working through. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges and family conflicts. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. I strive to create a environment that is non-judgmental. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral and person-centered counseling. I also combine many therapeutic modalities to develop a specific treatment plan tailored to you and your needs from a Strength and Solution Based perspective. These two modalities will assist you in identifying attainable goals and personal strengths.
