My counseling approach is simple yet effective; I engage nonjudgmentally through actively listening and solution focused therapies while creating a safe space for you to share and problem-solve daily stressors using your strengths, needs, abilities and preferences. It is my mission to provide you with a roadmap to successfully navigating life-stressors. My former and current clients would say that I am insightful, compassionate, humorous, professional, and can assist you with challenging negative thoughts.

As a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical in the State of Mississippi, I have worked with a diverse background of adults and Veterans. Through my experience, I understand the impact different challenges may have on you, and the importance of tailoring treatment plans that focus on you and your specific needs. Whether you struggle with mood disorders or difficulty coping with current stressors, I have an outpatient approach to assist you. Treatment approaches used include motivational counseling, crisis intervention, cognitive behavioral therapy, and client centered therapy to help you regain your footing.
