I am someone who believes in hope. I believe that people who feel stuck can come to a place where they feel unstuck. I have experience in working with substance use disorders, trauma, depression, anxiety, couples work, grief, as well as with ages ranging from 4 to those in the last stages of life. We all have our own stuff, and it is a privilege to be able to work with someone who has a need/desire to increase their sense of self or well-being in whichever area they feel needs to be addressed and/or support someone through a difficult season of life. It's a honor to help others.
