Hi. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California with over 4 years of postgraduate experience and over 18 years of experience providing mental health services in an outpatient setting. My background includes individual, couples, family, and group sessions. My philosophy is you can't stop the storms of life from coming but you can prepare to face them as the most self-aware, skilled, and empowered version of yourself. I also believe that relationships need more than love to thrive. They need skill, strategy, and relational intelligence.
