As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas, I’ve been helping people for over 20 years find solutions to challenges and issues they are experiencing. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, and spiritual issues. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Rational Emotive Therapy; while including an array of other therapeutic modalities to help the individual accomplish their goals. Together we discover underline influences for concerns and collaboratively work towards achieving our mission. In addition to being a therapist, I have been bi-vocational working as a General Manager and CEO of manufacturing companies. This experience helps me relate to my clients in that I've experienced many of the challenges that they have. My counseling is not just theoretical but practical because of my experiences.
