I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, based in Oklahoma, with 20 years experience working individuals who live with depression, anxiety, mental illness, and those who struggle with the effects of trauma such as war, sexual assault, abuse or the death of a loved one. I also work with individuals who are navigating through changes in life, whether these changes are expected or they descend on your life unexpectedly. Grief and/or the loss of identity or sense of safety are burdens you do not have to carry alone. It takes a lot of courage to engage in therapy and to tell your story to a stranger. Remember, I am only a stranger until we start talking, then I am an impartial person to facilitate you finding the answers you need for your life, to help you learn to reduce self judgments, and to find peace and happiness.

My modes of therapy include stress management, developing a mindful way of living, cognitive/behavioral therapy, narrative therapy and techniques to help you ground yourself while experiencing panic.
