As a therapist; my greatest joy is to see clients achieve their goals! My approach is collaborative and encouraging first and foremost; but secondarily I look for themes throughout a person's life that may offer clues as to what has been keeping them from moving forward. As a trauma-focused therapist; I believe that the things we are struggling with today are rooted in the past. Once identified; these roots can be pulled out" through various trauma processing interventions and release can be experienced.
