Hello and Welcome!! My name is Denise! Are you struggling to get through each day? Do you feel “stuck” and can’t figure out how to move forward? Have you found yourself asking “Why am I here? What is my purpose?” If you can relate to these questions, then you are at the place! I am committed to helping you learn how to build a healthy relationship with yourself. Our work together will focus on identifying destructive thought patterns & behaviors developed as part of a self preservation technique due to past or present trauma, depression, and anxiety. I use a variety of theoretic approaches, which will help you identify triggers, learn new coping skills and identify goals that are specific and attainable! I will provide you with a safe and non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and I specialize in depression, anxiety, women’s issues, relationships and substance abuse. I look forward to working with you!
