I am a Psychologist, Therapist, Life Coach, Spiritual Director, Chaplain, & Interfaith Minister. I have worked in private practice for 30+ years, coaching individuals toward their best selves and finding Meaning on this Journey of Life. We are all works in progress.

I believe it is an inside job to become who want to be and to identify how we are inspired through things greater than ourselves. I consider counseling to be an honored journey where I can provide safe space for clients to have the freedom to search for greater meaning, connect with one's self and others, and differently define one’s life.

I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
