My name is Denise Holmes; I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults and seniors in several different specialty areas, including anxiety, depression, medical stress, life adjustments, trauma, goal planning, life transitions, relationships, aging, stress management, and trauma. My eclectic treatment approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused, Narrative and Psychodynamic Theory. My style is empathetic, nonjudgemental, interactive, and collaborative. I hope to develop a relationship of mutual trust, respect, and curiosity where work is done together to understand the connection between thoughts, feelings, and self-limiting behaviors.
