My name is Denise. I use the pronouns she, her, and hers. I have been in the field for over 2 decades. I am an open-minded therapist who seeks to make the therapeutic space a judgement-free zone where all are welcome. You will always be treated with respect and dignity. I appreciate regular feedback during the therapeutic process to assure that I am providing the best level of care possible. The evidenced-based practices I use include cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy.
