Hello, my name is Denise Dugan and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. My approach to therapy is to help you learn how to develop a healthy relationship with yourself and implement supportive strategies when navigating difficult situations or complex emotions. I provide psychotherapy services to individuals and couples ready for a change. I am here to be a safe space for clients of all genders, races, ethnicities, and sexual orientations. Therapy with me is a collaborative process. We work together towards the goal of finding solutions to the anxiety and stresses that are presented in therapy. My role as a Therapist is to help you gain insight and awareness in order to make necessary changes in your life and behavior that reflect how you want to be in the world. Our work together is discovering and developing pathways to a healthier relationship with yourself first.
