I am so glad that you are here! My goal is to help you think and work through what you’re experiencing and build on the strengths you already have! I love to work with people with a variety of concerns…whether they are managing depression or anxiety, having relationship or work troubles, or just need a safe place to work through life stressors. You have come to the right spot. My goal is to help you to feel heard and I will strive in our work together to really get to the heart of your concern and moving toward change.
