You are not alone. Navigating life situations and the many challenges we all face can be overwhelming sometimes. And with so much going on, sometimes it's hard to know where to start. I am here to listen, provide emotional support, teach you new skills, and help you gain insight. Together we will explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviors; and how past experiences can influence present relationships, situations, thoughts and feelings. I will provide you with a safe space to heal and grow. We will work collaboratively to figure things out and make changes so you feel better and improve your quality of life!
