Hello. I’m glad you’ve made it here. You’ve taken a huge (often difficult and scary) first step in exploring therapist partners to walk with you on your pathway to healing and emotional wellbeing. Welcome!

I am a Clinical Social Worker licensed in Oklahoma. I have over 24 years of experience working with individuals, families and groups. I have had the privilege of working with people of all ages, backgrounds, ethnicities, socio-economic circumstances and beliefs. I place high priority on creating a supportive and affirming environment where clients know they can share their thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment. My emphasis is on providing authentic and compassionate care that is client-centered and trauma-informed. Our partnership will focus on your specific needs and we’ll develop your treatment plan and goals together.

I’ve worked with a huge variety of issues – anxiety, stress, shame, self-esteem, grief, addictions from an individual and family perspective, trauma and abuse, relationship challenges, coping with mental illness and more.
