My name is Denell Ragas, I am a 2016 graduate from Southern NH University with a M.S. in clinical mental health counseling. Since graduating I've worked primarily serving adults with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety and trauma. I continue to look forward assisting others on their path to wellbeing and being that supportive tool in your healing/recovery process. My approach involves a myriad of intervention models and includes cognitive behavioral therapy, stress reduction skills and other evidenced-based practices. To navigate through life successfully sometimes we just need the correct tools as well as understanding and kindness. My goal is to provide and serve with the tools that I've been given to assist. I look forward to beginning our mission together.
