I enjoy working with adolescents, adults and families experiencing anxiety, depression, behavior challenges, familial conflict, and adjusting to new life transitions. Client Centered, Creative, & Objective Collaborator describe my style as your therapist. I use a eclectic blend of therapeutic modalities to assist clients in achieving the growth they desire. This includes but is not limited to Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Strengths Based Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. In order to heal you must "grow" through it.
