I’m very excited to start with you on this path of therapy. Therapy is a unique journey for each that venture down it’s path. I like to start by asking you: Why therapy? And why now? Then we can work together to create the best treatment possible to help you achieve your goals. I use an eclectic approach to find what works best for you. I have extensive experience working with trauma. I've worked in wilderness, art, and group therapy. I believe when you better understand yourself, you can begin to feel a new ability to self-care, live according to your values and passions, and find more joy in the world.
