Demetria has several years of experience in which she has worked in various environments such as: therapeutic group homes, residential treatment facilities, in-home, outpatient, inpatient, and a maximum-risk juvenile correctional center. She has counseled individuals ranging from toddlers to geriatrics. She also has over 4 years of specialized experience working in an inpatient psychiatric unit therapeutically assisting veterans experiencing severe crises and distress. Therefore, she has been able to gain a multitude of experience in which she has worked with individuals at varying degrees of functioning.
