About

As an EMDR-trained therapist, Delphine approaches her work with individuals and organizations with a trauma-focused, trauma-informed lens. Her experience include early childhood, adult and adolescent mental health counseling, elderly community-based intervention services, employment referrals services, non-profit program coordination and management, provision of intervention/prevention services in faith-based, adjunct faculty teaching, secondary education, library and medical settings, with emphasis on at-risk groups and minority populations. Delphine also serves as a consultant to community agencies and in contractual roles with various community agencies providing consulting services.
