Delores Garza is supervised by "Supervisor's name". I am passionate about helping young adults as they navigate the chaotic world we live in. I am passionate about helping parents learn skills and strategies to help parent adolescents in the world we live in today. I strive to help adults and adolescents overcome anxiety, stress, and depression using strategies that can be easily utilized in our busy lives. My goal is to provide a safe environment to help my clients set therapeutic goals and to help them in the healing process. I hope to help my clients reach their desired outcome. I am a big believer in self-care, and firmly believe you must take care of yourself before you can take care of others. I am a foodie at heart and often strive to balance my love of food and healthy choices. I am also a football fan and love to travel.
