I understand that asking for help may be difficult, but let me assure you, it is necessary. As a practicing clinician for over 5 years, I have seen the benefit it provides, first hand. Although, it may be culturally taboo, an investment into being heard, and understood on your journey of growth is priceless. My approach is holistic in helping individuals, families, and couples to explore their authentic-self and identify any issues.
