I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Mississippi with over 8 years of experience working as a Mental Health Therapist. I have worked with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, Mood Disorder and Drug and Alcohol Addiction. I also received certification to work with people who have experience trauma.
My therapy style is inviting, welcoming with a warm and interactive approach. I believe in working with everyone with respect, honesty, compassion all while listening with an empathic ear. My approach combines cognitive- behavioral, motivational interviewing and person-centered. I will adapt to meet your unique and specific needs.
