I am a Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over ten years experience. I am a compassionate, open, and affirming clinical counselor who enjoys working with young children, individuals, couples, families, and the military. I love helping people feel grounded in who they are and deciding with confidence how to move forward to build the life they want. My training includes dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), and Emotionally Focused therapy (EFT). I am also certified in Cognitive Behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I). I am informed and always increasing my education in the mind body connection and sensory-psychomotor approaches to trauma. I have a passion for working with those who deal with: Trauma, Attachment issues, Shame, Codependency, Self-worth/esteem, Depression, Anxiety, and Sleep issues.
