“My style of therapy draws from Cognitive Behavioral, Acceptance and Commitment therapy/mindfulness. My passion is for learning your story and working alongside you to find the solutions that work for you. I’m here to help you examine what you’ve already lived through and find the path forward.

In my work with people with trauma I’ve learned that we often need the reminder – no matter what you have struggled with; you are a survivor and that needs to be brought to light. Keeping that in mind, I am guided by the client towards the goals that they feel are necessary for their treatment.”
