Utilizing an eclectic combination “Client Centered and Solution Focused therapeutic approach. “To help clients to better communicate feelings, build self-esteem, increase self -awareness, healthy relationships and good coping skills. I collaborate with each individual to help them learn how to make the desired life changes. Through the utilization of a myriad of evidence based therapeutic techniques.
My goal is to provide a safe, healthy and emotionally supportive environment. That will encourage individuals through the strategic implementation of therapeutic interventions. To help clients to better communicate feelings, build self-esteem, increase self -awareness, healthy relationships and good coping skills. My mission is to empower individuals to develop a sense of balance and total wellness. Enabling them to freely acknowledge their need for help and promote a sense of self- acceptance, accountability and responsibility.
