I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Michigan. I have over five years of experience working with clients of all ages, dealing with a wide variety of mental health issues or other challenges. I view each person as unique and possessing the ability to strive toward self-actualization and achievement of their full potential.

I utilize a person-centered approach to counseling. This provides clients with a genuine relationship in which they feel accepted, understood and valued. I use a wide variety of therapies and will individualize your treatment plan with one or more types of therapy to address your specific concerns. My areas of special interest include depression, mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, unexpected life situation changes, relationship problems and women’s issues.
