I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over eight years of experience. I have worked with clients with various concerns, including depression, anxiety, behavioral issues, adjustment disorder, and stress management. I have also worked with children and adults who have experienced trauma and abuse. My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with dignity, respect, and compassion, and most importantly, I believe in starting where you are. Together we can create a treatment plan that will meet your specific needs and goals. My approach is client-centered and combines cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and narrative strategies focusing on trauma-informed care that includes viewing situations through a neurobiological lens to guide you in listening to your nervous system to help regulate emotions.
