Hi, I am a Mental Health, Addiction and Anger Management Counselor. I have been working in this field for 25-years in Montana, Nevada and Alaska. I have managed programs for agencies in Montana, Nevada and Alaska and have been in private practice 8-years. I have great respect for all of my clients, no matter what issues are brought to counseling. I tailor my counseling to my client's specific needs.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I genuinely like and enjoy my clients and develop great counseling relationships.

I usually utilize Cognitive Behavioral, Person Centered, Humanistic and Rational Emotive Therapies. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families – adolescents and adults suffering from depression/mood disorders, anxiety, trauma/abuse, addiction and substance use, divorce, infidelity, family conflict, relationship issues, self-harming, suicidal ideations, and grief.
