I believe the entirety of the individual is affected when facing the challenges of mental health disorders and substance use. Your life may be affected in many ways, including trauma, depression, anxiety, substance use, and grief. I practice EMDR and Dialectical Behavior Therapy techniques focusing on self-care and mindfulness to encourage healing; culminating in a collaborative, holistic therapeutic approach. I work with individuals to thrive throughout their journey. I have extensive experience counseling individuals affected by diagnoses such as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Substance Use, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, and Anxiety; I focus on coping techniques and psycho-educational needs in my treatment approach. As a parent of a child affected by ASD, I also provide Autism parent/caregiver coaching support, thus deepening the parent/child relationship. My mission is to support individuals facing various life struggles, address the root of the problems, and provide guidance towards experiencing trauma healing. Many individuals experience trauma, anxiety, or depression at varying points in their life journeys.
