About
Born and raised in California, I have always been adventurous and deeply committed to helping others through motivation, kindness, and compassion. I have had the opportunity to work in residential treatment, crisis management, and specialize in community and forensic mental health services working with multicultural adolescents, adults, and aging individuals and groups living with social, emotional, and environmental impairments. I am successful in helping those suffering from anxiety, mood and personality disorders, schizophrenia and psychosis, PTSD and trauma, sexual and gender challenges, dual diagnosis and addiction, somatic experiencing, conduct and misbehavior, family system patterns, and memory loss disabilities, and criminals. My priority is to assist individuals in developing and meeting their needs and goals, improving inter-personal relationships, cultivating self-esteem, confidence, and motivation, attaining emotional stability, and living a productive and happy life free from maladaptive behaviors.
